this place was so cozy n warm. the breakfast was delish, especially sittin down with that beautiful view. darren n stella were super friendly, made everyone feel like family. loved the unique names of the rooms, really added a special touch. the vibe was totally chill, perfect for a break from the stress.
kinda hard to find, especially since it’s on a main road. the check-in felt a bit off, but not a huge deal overall.

pleasant stay with minor adjustments needed
The property is well maintained with a clean room that met my needs perfectly for the night. I particularly enjoyed my dinner in the beautiful garden area, which added a serene touch to my evening.
While I had to leave too early for breakfast, it would have been nice to have some options available for early risers.

It was just an appropriate option for a flash visit in Hastings with good value for the price. The coffee in the morning could use more attention, but there were plenty of fresh crumpets available. Be aware that the place feels more like an Airbnb, so don’t expect traditional hotel amenities.
